Enrollment Process
A simple path to ABA therapy. No referral required.
Our enrollment process helps families start therapy with confidence. We guide you through each step to making beginning your ABA journey simple and stress-free. From your first conversation with our BCBA to your child’s first day of therapy, we ensure you feel supported and confident that Rocket Learning Center is the right fit for your family.
-
The first step is a free introduction call with our BCBA. This is your chance to share your child’s strengths and goals, ask questions, and learn more about our services. There’s no commitment, just a conversation to see if Rocket Learning Center is the right fit for your family.
-
After the introduction call, we provide the necessary enrollment forms to get your child officially started with Rocket Learning Center. These forms help us gather important information about your child’s needs, medical history, and family preferences so we can create a therapy experience that is tailored to your child. Our team is available to guide you through the paperwork and answer any questions you may have.
-
If your child’s insurance requires prior authorization for an assessment, we submit the necessary paperwork to confirm coverage and avoid delays in starting therapy. Our team stays in close communication with you throughout the process, keeping you informed of any updates so you can feel prepared for your child’s initial assessment.
-
After insurance approval, the BCBA schedules an initial assessment to gain a comprehensive understanding of your child’s strengths, needs, and current skills. The initial assessment includes input from caregivers and observation of your child in natural settings. The information gathered helps guide the development of a personalized therapy plan that aligns with your family’s goals.
-
After the assessment, the BCBA develops a personalized therapy plan and submits it to insurance for review. Before therapy begins, you have the opportunity to review the plan with the BCBA and ask any questions so you feel comfortable and confident with your child’s therapy plan.
-
Once the plan is approved by you and your insurance, therapy begins. Your child receives individualized ABA therapy guided by the plan, focusing on their specific goals and needs.
