Founder and BCBA
Chelsey Olson MA, BCBA, LBA
Chelsey is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with over a decade of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). She earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Philosophy from Elmhurst University in 2014 and soon discovered her passion for early intervention ABA therapy.
In 2019, Chelsey began working as a mid-level supervisor under the guidance of a BCBA while completing graduate-level coursework. She graduated in 2020 with a Master’s degree in Special Education with an emphasis in ABA, and became a BCBA in 2021 after completing her fieldwork and passing the national certification exam.
Since then, Chelsey has supported children and families in a variety of settings, including in-home, clinic-based, community, and virtual services. She is especially passionate about early intervention and helping each child build the skills they need to advocate for themselves and thrive. Chelsey values working closely with families to identify goals that are meaningful and practical for their everyday lives.
As both a clinician and a parent to a child with autism, Chelsey brings a personal understanding and deep empathy to her work. She recognizes the joys and challenges that families experience in raising a child with autism and is committed to providing compassionate, individualized support to every learner and family she serves.
Outside of work, Chelsey enjoys spending time with her son and their dog, Zuzu.
